The Association is still planning to hold its annual corn roast, scheduled September 11th from 3:30-7pm, but we ask you to respond to the survey below by Sunday, September 5th. It is essential that we receive enough confirmations before proceeding with the event under current conditions.
The reservation system (survey below) is a requirement according to rules in place and the Association will decide whether to hold the event based on the number of reservations received.
We expect a wonderful day where lots of activities will take place: kids’ tattoo, magician, inflatable structures, visit from firemen, Slush Puppie stations, etc. Once your presence is confirmed, you will be welcomed to eat corn, hot dog, or pizza, and enjoy a beverage.
The Association has to ensure all health rules are maintained. Only people adequately protected will be allowed to access Parc St-Malo. Therefore, the latter will be closed the day of the event to control ingresses and egresses:
- Access to the park will be funneled through 3 entrances/exits;
- Proof of adequate protection with a separate piece of ID will be required for anyone 13 years or older;
- Mask wearing will not be mandatory, but recommended in zones where distancing cannot be maintained;
- We also remind you that each member has to pay his/her membership dues to attend the event.
